Can I use Indiana funding at Our Lady of Mount Carmel?
Our Lady of Mount Carmel is on the Indiana Department of Education's 2026-27 list of participating Choice schools, with instruction listed as in person. The 2025-26 annual report shows no period-one Choice count for it, which usually means the school is new to the program.
Your voucher amount comes from where you live, not from the school's address: for 2026-27 it runs from $6,395 for a Carmel Clay resident to $7,456 for an IPS-area resident, and Our Lady of Mount Carmel receives the lesser of that figure and its tuition and fees.
It is on IDOE's SGO partner list dated October 21, 2026, so a family within 400% of the free and reduced-price lunch line can apply for a tax-credit scholarship to stack on the voucher.
The NCES Private School Survey (2023-24) reports 654 students, 54 full-time-equivalent teachers.
Catholic families here usually apply the voucher first, then ask the parish about member pricing and the school about SGO and need-based aid.

- Which SGO do you partner with, and do you offer parish, member or sibling rates?
- If we enroll mid-year, can you file a period-two application before January 15?
